So let me get this right.... we are in a day and age when people think its okay for their children to be out at night with a man who has not been identified and obviously reported the car stolen (1 crime one). So likely the two fifeteen year old girls did not have a license and the 16 year old may have had a license but not a car or they would have been in it. (possible crime if no License). Its 330 am when a patrol sargent sees the stolen care and starts to follow it. After engaging his lights. they continued to elude the police. (crime again) at some point they likely tried an evasive procedure lost controll of the car and drove into a pond. yet the parents and others are saying the cops caused this.
